What is turnover?

Turnover, also called wagering requirement, is the total amount you must bet before you can withdraw any bonus winnings. At the platform, this requirement is calculated on your deposit plus the bonus amount, not on the bonus alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your turnover target is based on RM200. Always check the stated multiplier in the offer terms before you start playing.

Game weighting explained

Not every game counts the same toward your turnover. Slots contribute the full amount of every bet. This means RM100 wagered on a slot gives RM100 towards the requirement.

Live dealer tables typically count only a fraction, often around 10% to 20%. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites, usually contribute nothing at all. Always confirm the weighting table in the terms.

Maximum bet limit

While a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus and any winnings from it.

For most offers, the max bet is set between RM10 and RM30 per round. If you accidentally place a higher bet, contact support immediately, but there is no guarantee the bonus will be reinstated.

Bonus expiry period

Every bonus runs on a rolling window that starts the moment it credits your account. If you do not complete the turnover requirement before the timer runs out, the bonus portion is forfeited.

Your original deposit is never affected by expiry. You keep the cash you put in, but any bonus funds and winnings from them are removed. The remaining deposit balance remains available for withdrawal or further play.

E-wallet and bank transfer

Deposits and withdrawals at the site support Malaysian e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost. Bank transfer and online banking are also available for direct ringgit transactions.

DuitNow and FPX are commonly used for instant deposits. Withdrawals are processed back to the same method you used to deposit, where possible, and usually take under 24 hours.

Do not withdraw before the turnover is met. Doing so cancels the bonus and any winnings. Always finish the requirement first, then request a withdrawal.

Also avoid using the same bonus on multiple devices or accounts. The platform detects duplicate play and may void all bonuses involved. Stick to one account per player.
